Your home away from home, studio condo A-317, is positioned on the third floor of the iconic Aloha Tower. Reach your relaxing retreat effortlessly via elevator, where you will find refreshing Central Air Conditioning, a plush King Size Bed, and a convenient Queen Sofa Sleeper for additional comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has been tastefully updated, showcasing new cabinets, granite countertops, modern fixtures, and optimal lighting, ensuring that all your culinary needs are met.

Nestled within 11 acres of lush tropical gardens, our oceanfront resort boasts one of the most picturesque stretches of Ka’anapali Beach. Dive into warm, turquoise waters to swim, snorkel, paddleboard, or sail directly off the pristine sandy shore. Relax by two adult swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and rejuvenating spas, complete with food and cocktail service at your fingertips. From November to March, keep an eye out for Humpback whales frolicking in the distance.

Golf enthusiasts will delight in having four championship golf courses nearby, while those who prefer to explore can use our complimentary trolley service to reach shopping areas and neighboring hotels south of Black Rock for entertainment, dining, and luaus. Sample delightful meals at the full-service Castaway Restaurant, located right on the beach, or unwind with a glass of wine on your private lanai as you watch the sunset paint the sky after a day of paradise.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may cancel outside a 60-day period prior to arrival for an immediate refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount. Cancellations within the 60-day window without adequate notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Should we successfully re-book the property during this timeframe, we will gladly refund any pro-rata share, less the 10% fee. Please note that while partial refunds may be issued, VRBO/HomeAway’s service fees will not be refunded. We recommend considering "Cancel for Any Reason Insurance".

Daily Facilities Fee: At the Maui Ka’anapali Villas (MKV), enjoy a daily fee of $25.00 plus tax, which includes a variety of amenities such as parking for one vehicle, WiFi throughout the property (including your room, by the pool, and beachside), morning coffee and tea, local phone calls, beach and pool towels, access to our state-of-the-art fitness center, coin laundry, pools and hot tubs, BBQs, shuffleboard, oceanfront yoga classes, and rides on the complimentary Green Ka’anapali Trolley to larger hotels, restaurants, and shopping hubs. This daily fee, totaling $29.49 including tax, is collected at check-in.

Cleaning Protocol: Our condo undergoes thorough cleaning and sanitization by professional housekeeping staff trained in CDC guidelines. Each unit is meticulously cleaned between guests, utilizing hospital-grade disinfectants, with strict protocols ensuring no cross-contamination. Only one staff member at a time, verified to be symptom-free, will clean your condo, while windows are opened for maximum ventilation. Following cleaning, the space is inspected to guarantee all safety measures have been followed.
